The Agency intends to retain an experienced SUE Vendor to perform an extensive subsurface utility engineering (SUE) investigation according to American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Standard 38-02: Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data to provide detailed design input for the Project, (refer to Appendix 7.4 - Project Area Map). The scope of work comprises a total of six projects, including a Sewage Pump Station, approximately 6.0kM of watermain and approximately 9.1kM of sanitary sewer. The size of the watermain and sanitary sewer pipe varies from 375mm to 600mm. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
