The successful Contractor(s) shall provide the City of Moncton with the opening, daily maintenance, and closing of two (2) City pools (East End Pool and Centennial Beach), and the Centennial Splash Park. Contractor(s) considered eligible to bid shall have been in the business of performing Pool Maintenance and Cleaning Services on commercial pool systems for a minimum of three (3) years, can provide a minimum of three (3) commercial references where work of a similar / identical nature has been performed, and has sufficient staff and equipment available to deliver the services specified herein. Contractor(s) considered eligible to bid must also be a member in good standing of the Pool and Hot Tub Council of Canada (PHTCC) and / or the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) and employ a minimum of one (1) service technician having achieved one of the following certificates: Certified pool operator (CPO) or a certified servicee association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP).
