Kendra Street - The work consists generally of the replacement of 2 butterfly valves (supplied by the City of Moncton) and the removal of 2 valve chambers, and the restauration. Each of the valves are located at the Mapleton Road at Kendra Street intersection, and the Cedar Street at Kendra Street intersection. Lewisville Road - The work consists generally of the renewal of about 145 meters of 300mm watermain on either side of the Humphrey Brook Bridge. The work includes and is not limited to the renewal of the watermain,, trench reinstatement, concrete barrier, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and landscaping. Somerset Drive - The work consists generally of the reconstruction of approximately 350 meters on Somerset Drive between Donald Avenue and Massey Avenue. The work includes and is not limited to the construction of a sanitary and storm sewer and new watermain, street improvements, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and landscaping. Where Somerset is a narrow street with trees and electrical poles on either side, the pipe renewal shall be constructed completing the 3 services simultaneously. Albert Street - The work consists generally of continuing the Vaughan Harvey concrete Trail to the new police facility, by either widening existing sidewalk or extending the trail. The work also includes widening About 100m of Albert Street to accommodate a left turning lane. McLaughlin Drive driveway - The work consists of paving the extended driveway built in 2021.
