The City of Lamar (owner), Missouri is seeking qualifications from qualified design-build contractors to provide design-build services to complete the design and remodel/renovation of the existing Lamar Police Department (LPD) Building, located at 1104 & 1106 Broadway St., Lamar, MO, for the facility needs of the LPD. The selected contractor will work with the Police Department staff to review the existing architectural design of the building and the conceptual design to develop working design plans based off current and long-term department growth needs. Additionally, the selected contractor will move forward with the development of specifications to complete the project, construct/build the design, and finalize the project. The owner reserves the right to amend the RFQ based on questions and issues raised during the conduct of this solicitation The City of Lamar (owner), Missouri is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and letters of interest from contractors qualified to provide architectural and/or structural engineering design services for a remodel/renovation of the current police station to accommodate the needs for the city's police department. The contract resulting from this solicitation is for a single project undertaking. The selected contactor will then construct/build the project.
