Renovation of a medical facility in Souris, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 11,125 ft2 of the existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system at the Souris Health Centre in Souris, Manitoba. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
