Installation of a new generator, fire pump, new fire alarm devices, emergency lighting, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, fire rated doors and hardware, and interior finishes Work of the Project, of Which Work of This Contract is a Part, Comprises the Following: 1- Installation of a New Generator, Fire Pump, New Fire Alarm Devices, Emergency Lighting, Automatic Sprinkler System, Firestopping, Fire Rated Doors and Hardware, and Interior Finishes as Required at the Souris Health Centre and Personal Care Home Also Known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Souris Health Centre and Personal Care Home. 2- Erection, Maintenance and Dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures Shall Be Within the Scope of Work and Be Performed in Accordance With Csa 317.13 and the Regional Infection Control Policies and Procedures. Work of the Project Includes the Following Separate Contracts That Will Be Performed by Others: 1- Contract for Southeast Personal Care Home Roof Repair, Which is Intended to Be Completed During the Work of This Contract but Has Not Yet Been Awarded. 2- The Extent of the Roof Repair is Intended to Be Over the Existing Dinning Room in the Personal Care Home Side of the Facility. 3- Co-operate With Other Contractors in Carrying Out Their Respective Works and Carry Out Instructions From Consultant. 4- Co-ordinate Work With That of Other Contractors. If Any Part of Work Under This Contract Depends for Its Proper Execution or Result Upon Work of Another Contractor, Report Promptly to Consultant, in Writing, Any Defects Which May Interfere With Proper Execution of Work.
