The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking proposals from a qualified consultant ("Company") to provide services for the implementation of Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI) phasing at all traffic signalized intersections citywide, to design the installation of retro-reflective signal backplates at all traffic signal heads citywide, and to prepare the Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) to construct a raised curb median along Mission Inn Avenue between Redwood Drive and Scout Lane along with high friction surface treatment on the horizontal curve portion. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this project is a minimum of twenty percent (20%). Other Details o Have at least 5 years of experience, within the past 10 years under a legally registered business name, in providing services of a similar type and scope as described in the Scope of Services Parts I, II and III ("Services") (Attachments "A", "B" and "C"). o Have not filed for bankruptcy under any business name over the past five (5) years. o Company and/or its key personnel, shall hold an appropriate Civil and / or Traffic engineering license in the State of California for the Company's discipline and the Services on the date the Proposal is submitted. o Company shall have registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and any other required organizations. o Company shall have registered with the Online and any other required organizations. o Company shall complete and submit all DBE required forms to comply with the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual.
