Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Statesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

PROJECT LIMITS AND OVERVIEW This project will consist of constructing a 5' ADA sidewalk. This project will extend existing sidewalk and provide a sidewalk near an elementary school in addition to providing pedestrian connectivity between the school and adjacent neighborhoods and downtown area. This project will include needed drainage infrastructure improvements, easements, and property acquisitions to install the sidewalk. SCOPE OF SERVICES The WORK will include but is not limited to the following: clearing, excavating, setting grade, concrete forming, concrete pouring, traffic striping, and erosion and traffic control. The City of Statesboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or informalities, and re-advertise, if necessary, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
