The City of Lubbock, Community Development is seeking bids from qualified vendors for a major rehabilitation to a single family residential home repair/remodel. Sealed bids may be mailed to or placed in the Community Development drop box at 1708 Crickets Ave., Lubbock, TX 79401. The right is reserved by the City, Community Development and said owner to reject any and all bids. All qualified bidders will receive consideration for award of contract without regard to: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Familial Status, Handicap or national origin. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any particular item on a bid and to waive immaterial formalities and to accept the offer most advantageous to the City in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise specified herein, the City may award the bid either item- by-item or an all-or-none basis for any item or group of items shown on the Bid Form.
