Pre-Construction Meeting: May 1, 2024 The project includes but not limited to limited site clearing, excavation, proposed yard piping, fire hydrant, connection to existing water system, proposed water well, and temporary power throughout construction and testing. Document Notes :Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A large part of the communication regarding this procurement will be conducted by e-mail and Bidders must have a valid e-mail address to receive correspondence. Owner reserves the right to pay any amounts invoiced by Contractor on behalf of subcontractors or suppliers of any tier by way of joint check. In the event that Owner opts to do so, Owner will provide reasonable prior notice to Contractor. Performance and Payment Bonds. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in a satisfactory form for the full amount of this Contract must be provided by Contractor. completion of the Work is attached as Exhibit C to this Contract (the ìScheduleî). Contractor will achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within 335 days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed
