Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 102 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. Demolition of existing manual bar screens and segment of 24-inch force main; construction of new 18-inch force main; construction of concrete platform and associated handrails and access walkway; installation of rotary drum screen with bypass channel and associated piping and electrical work; construction of dumpster pad and drain line; construction of concrete pavement for dump truck access. Question Deadline 03/15/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER.
