Renovation FY23 CRP Social Work 102 Graduate College of Social Work 102 Lecture Hall Renovation All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable for the renovation of Graduate School of Social Work 102, (Building 549) approximately 3,620 gross square feet of an existing assembly space in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, Inc. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, new ceilings, millwork, flooring, new doors and frames, wall finishes, new Audio-Visual equipment, MEP, fixed seating, furniture, and signage. MEP includes, but not limited to modifying existing ductwork, new LED lighting, and electrical. The existing fire sprinkler heads will also need to be modified per the new ceiling layout in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Hellmuth, Obata, and Kassabaum, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. There will be ongoing construction in the building adjacent to the site, the contractor is responsible for coordination between other construction crews as needed. Respondents should meet outside of the lobby underneath the breezeway adjacent to Agnes Arnold. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.
