The scope of work includes: Provide analog and digital transmission lines for all of AER main office and sub offices. Provide reliable services for Analog, Digital and Fax services at all locations Subject to this NPP, The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) intends to extend an agreement with Bell Canada. The AER deems Bell Canada the only qualified candidate to fulfil the scope of work. This contract will be for 1 year with the option to renew for another three, single year terms. The AER is considering sole-sourcing the services described in the scope below because there is uncertainty as to whether other vendors can meet the AER's needs for the services. Potential vendors may challenge this proposed sole sourcing and signal their interest in bidding on this procurement by submitting a statement of capabilities in response to this NPP. The decision to reject a statement of capabilities, for this notice, will be at the sole discretion of the Alberta Energy Regulator and will be based on the Alberta Energy Regulator's determination of the statement of capabilities successfully meeting or exceeding the criteria detailed below. If no other vendor meets the criteria or if no statement of capabilities is submitted, the Alberta Energy Regulator intends to award the contract to the vendor
