Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Etowah, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide cost for demo of the old stucco, concrete patches, and anything else on the Rotary Park walls that would not allow a good adhesion on for the new stucco. Application of a wire mesh to the brick to ensure proper application of stucco. Stucco to be ivory white in color with a smooth finish and will cover approximately 2000 square feet of wall space. Provide proof of the following insurances: Commercial General Liability -- $1,000,000 Worker's Compensation - statutory limit Automobile Liability -- $1,000,000 All property damage, public and private, caused by contractor or subcontractors is the responsibility of the contractor and must be dealt with quickly and responsibly and always representing the city well. All work is to be done with expert level workmanship and skill. No exceptions. Notification of Delays will be expected from the Contractor on a weekly basis as they arise. (Such as due to weather delays, employee sickness/absence, etc...) Contractor/Consultant Name assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance from the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).
