Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Project is to install an under-slab heating system and new catch basin for the exterior side of the truck wash exit to minimize ice build-up during winter conditions and allow for proper drainage of water away from the overhead exit door. The reason for this work is due to water dripping from beneath the service vehicles and dump boxes upon exiting the truck wash, resulting in the formation of ice on the pavement/surfaces below, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Bids will only be accepted from the pre-qualified Bidders/Contractors from RFPQ2021-145. Substantial Performance of the Work shall be by August 7, 2024.
