INGLEWOOD FIELD OFFICE REPLACEMENT DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES 105 W.GROSVENOR STREET INGLEWOOD, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Provide professional construction management services for the above project. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated cost of construction is approximately $19,719,500.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 18 months. All technical, contracting, and project related questions should be directed to Gary W. The project consists of the demolition of an existing 20,824 gsf single-story DMV field office and parking on approximately 2.81 acres. A new single-story field office of approximately 15,043 gsf will be constructed on the existing site. The project includes sitework, utilities, walkways, curbs, gutters, signage, landscape areas, trash enclosure, parking, attached drive-test canopy, communications (fire alarm, security, tele/data) and all associated requirements to complete the construction of the new facility. The successful firm shall provide professional construction management (CM) services and additional services as required for the above referenced project. The services may include, but not be limited to, construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, claims review and negotiation, and general management and administration of a construction project. The firm selected for this work and all sub-consultants are precluded from participating in any of the construction or other competitively bid contract work on this project.
