Lohrey & Northwest Recreation Centers HVAC Improvements Site Directions: Lohrey Rec Center: 2366 Glenarm Avenue Dayton, Ohio 45420 Northwest Rec Center: 1600 Princeton Avenue Dayton, Ohio 45406 This project consists of the removal and replacement of failing and aged HVAC equipment at both the Lohrey and Northwest Recreation Centers. Work will include a heavy emphasis on improving HVAC infrastructure at both locations involving chiller, boiler, controls, pump packages, pool natatorium improvements, and necessary structural, carpentry, and electrical work.
