The Scope of Work Includes: Installation of haul route matting, removal of existing chain link fence components, subsurface drainage, subgrade material at infields/sidelines, water/irrigation lines, tarps, railings, netting, portions of concrete walks/pavements, etc.; and construction/installation of finish grading, impermeable liner, subsurface drainage (flat drains, perimeter piping and basins), water/irrigation service lines, amenities and connections, concrete turf curbs, concrete walk/pavement additions, railings (re-installation), turf nailer, aggregate drainage base and leveling, synthetic turf (with lettering/logos), bullpen mounds, sand and rubber infill, new chain link fence and gate components, reinstallation of various fence components, painting of existing fence components / railings / foul poles, concrete slope paving, ballfield amenities, field and drainage route shaping/grading, sodding, erosion control blankets, hydroseeding, general site clean-up, etc. Document notes : On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, the deposit less actual cost of reproduction will be refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause.
