Provide labor and materials required to place a cold constructed asphalt pavement on North Mutual Union Road in Champaign County, Ohio. installation of a cold mix overlay on North Mutual Union Road from U.S. Route 36 in Union Township to Cable Road in Wayne Township, Champaign County, Ohio. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty bond in the amount of 100% of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with ORC 153.54 The Champaign County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Work shall not commence prior to July 15, 2024 and be completed and the road opened to traffic by August 30, 2024. In accordance with Sections 108.06, 108.07, 108.08, 108.09 and 108.10 liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per day will be assessed for each calendar day the project is not completed. However, all asphalt must be placed in conformance with weather limitations of 401.05.
