Renovation of a residential development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Proposal (s) shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for performing all work required for the construction of the Rio Vista Phase 3 Entry Feature & Screen Wall Improvements. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, Conditioned Upon the Faithful Performance of the Contract and Upon Payment of All Persons Supplying Labor or Furnishing Materials Will Be Required by the Cresson Crossroads Mud No. 2. Bid proposals, amendments to bids, or request for withdrawal of bids, received after time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever. The bid proposal is firm for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid proposal can be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time. The City of Ruston reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals for just cause and reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
