The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of additions and renovations of existing elementary school including the following: 1. Gymnasium and cafeteria expansion. 2. Four (4) 4th and 5th grade classroom & two (2) fine arts classroom addition. 3. Renovation of the former art room into music room. 4. Four (4) Pre-K classroom addition. 5. Two (2) Kindergarten classroom addition. 6. Carpet Replacement throughout campus. 7. Roof Replacement throughout campus. 8. New Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) system. 9. Site improvements, including demolition of existing paving and sidewalks, new sidewalks and landscape adaptation as required to meet code.
