The ceiling of the MATOC is $70,000,000.00 The magnitude of construction will be provided with the solicitation at the task order level. Offerors must be classified as a small business as of the date the offer is submitted and on the date of contract award. Task order for Air Handler Refurbishment (Phase 4) will be awarded to a single offeror. Site visit will be held on March 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST in Fort Worth Texas.
