The project shall terminate upon the earlier of: (1) the exhaustion of funding from the Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG); Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST); or county General Fund Budget as determined by the Walker County governing authority; (2) all roads being paved; or (3) December 30, 2024, unless the parties agree upon an extension of the deadline.
