The intent of this bid is to establish a three (3) year contract between the District and one vendor for Athletic Field and Common Ground Fertilizer to be purchased on an as needed basis during the contract period. The initial term of the contract is for a three (3) year period from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2027. It may be renewed by mutual agreement for a period not to exceed the initial contract term, and if needed, ninety (90) days beyond the expiration date of the current contract period. Deadline for Questions: March 15, 2024, at 4:00 PM (ET) Questions regarding this bid should be posted directly Electronically, where answers can be posted electronically. The deadline for questions concerning this bid is: March 15, 2024, at 2:30 PM (ET). Anticipated Evaluation: March 21, 2024 - April 3, 2024 Anticipated Board Recommendation: April 9, 2024 Anticipated Award: April 16, 2024 Term Dates: June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2027 If it is deemed in the Districts best interest, we reserve the right to separately bid large volume requests. In addition, the District reserves the right to purchase commodities specified in this bid from any of our existing contracts or any other contracted vendors in the event their prices are lower. The District will give the current awarded vendor the option to match the newly quoted price. The District reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any proposal, to accept any proposal which they consider to be in the best public interest, and to reject any part of, or any and all proposals. Failure to read or comply with the terms and conditions in no way relieves vendor(s) from their liabilities arising hereunder. Solicitations cannot be withdrawn prior to Board approval without a valid written explanation from the proposer and written consent of the Purchasing Director.
