Contractors must submit with their bid Form 850-070-09 Experience in Landscaping or be Prequalified in Landscaping. Note the Substituted Commercial General Liability Insurance requirements contained in section(s) 7-13.2 of the project Specifications. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
