Questions about the project will be accepted until March 15, 2024 at 5:00 PM The project consists of the furnishing and installation of a complete multi-stage, skid-mounted odor control system at the Butler Road and Smith Lane Lift Stations including but not limited to concrete equipment pad where necessary, treatment vessel, biological media, fan, recirculation/irrigation system with a water panel, electrical control panel, electrical wiring & conduits, and associated water supply line, interconnecting PVC ductwork, valves, fittings, and all required appurtenances; replacement of concrete pavement at the Butler Road Lift Station where indicated by the construction drawings; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components as shown in the contract documents. ROJECT SITE A. The Butler Road Lift Station is located at 1220 Butler Rd, League City, TX 77573. Entrance to the lift station is approximately 1,220 feet north of the intersection between Butler Rd and W League City Pkwy in League City, Galveston County, Texas, key map reference 659-B. B. The Smith Lane Lift Station is located at 2850 FM Rd 518 East, League City, TX 77573. Entrance to the lift station is approximately 1,654 feet west of the intersection between FM Rd 518 East and Louisiana Ave in League City, Galveston County, Texas, key map reference 659-B.
