Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work under this Contract involves the permanent hard surface restorations of utility cuts, new transit pad construction and miscellaneous maintenance repairs of roads, sidewalks (including trails and pathways), curbs, maintenance holes, catch-basins, driveways and boulevards. This Contract is divided into four (4) separate areas that align with the four (4) City Works Yard patrol areas. The Successful Bidders will be assigned to a specific Area; however, these Areas are considered to be soft boundaries and the City at their discretion may assign Work Orders City wide.
