Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oak Brook, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Contractor shall install infrastructure to the Village of Oak Brook Water System by constructing a water main along Merry Lane between Forest Trail and the Cul-de-sac. Work under this Contract will generally include, but is not limited: o Horizontal directional drilled water main (8") o Water service connections o Tapping valves, vaults, frames, lids, and appurtenances o Testing and chlorination of new water main o Abandon existing water main o Storm sewer & structure replacement o Turf, pavement, curb & gutter, etc. replacement o Other work as described within the plans and specifications
