Reference Number 0000344539 Question Acceptance Deadline 03/07/2024 01:00 PM EST The Rockland County Board of Cooperative Educational Services reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject all bids, or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the Board will be to their best interest. DELIVERY -The successful Bidder shall deliver electricity to the Delivery Point for electricity customers as designated by the local distribution company ("LDC"). Seller guarantees full-requirements competitive electric supply, including firm energy, firm capacity, firm transmission, load following, reserve margin requirements, all other necessary ancillary services, line losses, and all applicable taxes (including gross receipts tax). Seller will transport, nominate, schedule, balance, and monitor Buyers electricity usage. Failure to deliver as specified may result in rejection. Replacement will then be made through open market sources. Any increase in price will be chargeable against the original vendor and/or deducted from future payments by the Board or other participating entities.
