The Project consists of constructing Overlay and Striping of City Streets. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material and/or supply needs.
