**As of May 13, 2024, the project was awarded to Fluid Mechanical, Contract price is $140,000.** Email, facsimile, electronic, or telephone bids are not allowed. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder. Public Notes: This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, removal of existing water heaters and replacement with new water heaters, together with all adjacent and related construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, at Ralston High School as shown in more detail in the plans and specifications prepared by BCDM Architects ("Architect"). A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project. Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY. Bid Documents do not need to be returned as no deposit refund will be issued.
