General Scope of Work or Purpose of Solicitation This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being released by the New Jersey Water Supply Authority, hereinafter referred to as the "Authority," to obtain bids for the Replacement of Granular Activated Carbon in Vessels 5 & 6 at the Manasquan Water Treatment Plant, 2061 Hospital Road, Allenwood, Monmouth County, New Jersey (Project). The work required includes the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary as required by the contract documents.
