The City of Durham, North Carolina, Department of Water Management (DWM) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for MUNICIPAL LANDFILL MONITORING AND DESIGN SERVICES. The DWM anticipates utilizing the selected firm to provide the following monitoring and design services for the City's closed landfill: Semi-Annual Groundwater Flow Monitoring Semi-Annual Water Quality Sampling and Analysis Quarterly Landfill Gas Migration Monitoring Semi-Annual Landfill Cap Assessment Reporting to North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Miscellaneous As-needed Support Services As-needed Design and Construction Administration Services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions due date is extended to March 27, 2024
