The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested and qualified companies (Bidders) to provide non-polishing aggregate bituminous concrete paving services for selected streets within the Town of Wytheville Corporate limits. Fiscal Year 2023-24 Paving and Milling When Obtaining the Requested Documents, the Bidder Shall Designate a Representative for All Correspondence Between the Town of Wytheville and the Bidder. This Designation Will Also Include the Representative's Name, Title, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number and Email Address.
