**As of May 7, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Housing Authority of the City of Yakima (YHA) is accepting competitive proposals for a qualified professional to install through wall Heat / A/C units as well as the decommissioning of radiant water heating units & thermostats. YHA reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal or to waive any irregularities in any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Yakima Housing Authority.
