YVC - Technology Complex Office Renovation & Addition - Yakima Valley College For the purposes of the Supplemental Bidder Responsibility evaluation process, the scope of this project generally involves a new addition of approximately 730 square feet and renovations to a portion of the existing building of approximately 2,600 square feet. When the sum of the base bid plus all additive alternates is greater than $35,000.00, a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required. Failure of the Bidder to provide bid guarantee when required shall render the bid non-responsive.
