The Project is located at Condit Road from E. Dunne Avenue to Barrett Avenue in Morgan Hill, CA 95037, and is described as follows: Retrofit of sewer manhole at the intersection of E. Dunne Avenue and Condit Road to divert sewer flow along E. Dunne Avenue south along Condit Road towards Barrett Avenue, abandonment of existing sewer infrastructure along Condit Road, and installation of approximately 3,436 linear feet of new 12-inch sewer main along Condit Road from E. Dunne Avenue to Barrett Avenue. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, fuel, tools, and transportation required to complete all work as shown on the Plans and Specifications, including, but not limited to: oReconstruction of the sewer manhole at the intersection of E. Dunne Avenue and Condit Road to divert sewer flow along E. Dunne Avenue south along Condit Road towards Barrett Avenue. oInstall new 12" SDR-26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe, including sewer lateral reconnections, excavation, backfill, compaction, shoring & trench restoration. oInstall new sanitary sewer manholes and/or modify existing sanitary sewer manholes as shown on the Plans. oMaintain sanitary sewer flows at all times for the project via temporary sewer bypass pumping system(s) & backup systems as required. oProvide Type II slurry seal along Condit Road for the full width of the roadway for approximately 800 feet of Condit Road. oProvide a 2" grind and overlay of the easterly shoulder of Condit Road after installation of the proposed 12-inch sewer main. oRestripe existing roadway in kind. oComplete all other incidental work related to the above items The estimated construction cost is $2,195,337.
