Renovation of a parking garage in Nuangola, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Nuangola Borough - Municipal Vehicle Storage Building Rebid BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. Prospective bidders are urged to familiarize themselves with the site and review the scope of work and construction documents. Any Contractor who does not do so and submits a bid, does so at their own risk. The successful bid will be required to submit Non- Discrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause which is contained in the Contract Documents. The Nuangola Borough does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability of familial status in employment of the provision of service. The Nuangola Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. BIDS may be held by the Nuangola Borough for a period not to exceed Sixty (60) days from the date of the Opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the Contract.
