Estimated cost of project is between $100,000-$200,000. ITB WS 43-24 Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept sealed bids for the Jerry D. Mitchem WRF (JDMWRF) Tank Repair and Paint. No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. The County reserves the right to award to more than one vendor if it is determined to be in the best interest for the County. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
