No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. Provide all materials, equipment, tools and supplies and perform all labor required to provide complete construction of the Project. The work to be done consists of new construction for a standalone development which will include approximately 1,372 L.F. of section road as per the construction documents provided. The work shall be installed as specified herein and all incidental work required for a complete and functional installation. All work shall be installed per the Construction Documents, Supplemental Specifications, and the City of Warner Robins Specifications (Current Edition). Erosion control shall comply with Georgia EPD requirements. E-Verify Requirement: All bidders shall provide their signed E-Verify affidavit with their bid. Bids will not be considered without the Contractor affidavit. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining a signed E-verify affidavit from their Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors. The water lines and sanitary sewer infrastructure described in the approved civil engineering drawings has been awarded by The City of Warner Robins. Bonds: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. License: The Bidder shall hold a current Contractor's License issued by the Georgia State Construction Industry Licensing Board. Owner's Right: Joint Development Authority of Peach County & The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and informalities and re-advertise. Joint Development Authority of Peach County & The City of Warner Robins further reserves the right to award this contract in whole or in part. The Work will be fully completed within 120 calendar days after the Notice To Proceed is issued. Work must be completed no later than August 1 st , 2024. Work will be clear to start by April 1 st , 2024 and if work has not been released to start by April 1 st , 2024 the contractor has the right to rescind their bid.
