(1) - Route 9, Route 195 to Plaza Court (Construction Inspection C-6 Level A) Each firm participating in the Joint Venture must be prequalified by the NJDOT Route 9, Route 195 to Plaza Court, Various Townships, Monmouth County. The intent of the project is to improve the functional life of the road and reduce its future rehabilitation costs. This will be accomplished by milling 1" and applying 1" High Performance Thin Overlay (HPTO) along Route 9 between M.P 107.2 and M.P. 116.8 on both directions. The project is expected to begin construction on April 15, 2024 and be completed November 29, 2025. Consultant selection will be made based only on the key staff listed on the Technical Proposal evaluation form.
