Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lawrence, Wisconsin. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed project consists of intersection replacement at the intersection of CTH EE and Mid Valley Drive, just west of Interstate 41, in the Village of Hobart. Work will include the removal of the existing intersection and replacement with a roundabout. Road surface to be 9” of concrete pavement overlying 6” base aggregate over the existing 12” breaker. Storm sewer will be installed within the intersection along with connecting 4” concrete sidewalk and creating a landscaped center roundabout island. As of March 20, 2025, this project is in the Brown County capital budget FY 2025 CIP. It is currently in the design phase. The project will be LET in April 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
