This Request for Proposals (R.FP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. The trail will wind through River Gate South Housing development. The Trail will wind through River Park Square connecting amenities in the park as well as the historic pedestrian bridge across the Yellow River. It is intended to be a 10' bike and pedestrian trail that will connect a kayak launch, 3 pedestrian bridges, and the downtown park.
