Site work and renovation of a civil project in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction of a sanitary lagoon treatment and disposal system as per the Contract Drawings (includes anaerobic, facultative and storage cells as well as rapid infiltration basins and all applicable electrical services, valving, piping, signage, and fencing); Supply and install a sanitary lift station, including a site pad with all applicable earthworks, tying into existing sanitary collection system and forcemain, control kiosk, and backup generator as per the Contract Drawings; Provide all necessary material and construct 589m of gravel access road as per the Contract Drawings; Supply and install of 481m of 150mm HDPE DR9 sanitary forcemain extension with associated bends, fittings, and tie-ins as per the Contract Drawings; and Design, supply, and construct a valve building, including foundation, structure, electrical, controls, valving, and HVAC to meet engineers requirements and BC Building Code 2024. For the above noted work, the contractor is required to: Provide site survey, layout, and record pickup to meet engineers requirements. Provide an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual and Record Drawings following completion of the Work. Commission the entire system, from Lift Station to RI Basins, inclusive. Manage all erosion and sediment control measures related to the project and provide an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for approval by the engineer prior to commencement of any construction activities.
