Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; for paving for a medical facility; and water / sewer project.

Brief Description: Reconfiguration and renovation of approximately 400 square feet to accommodate new imaging equipment and interior finish upgrades to meet current UPMC standards in Radiograph/Fluoro Room #12 (M129.29) and Control (M129.29B). Connected patient bathroom will be reconfigured to comply with ADA requirements. Project also includes replacement of approximately 80 linear feet of existing sewer and rainwater piping below the existing slab which will require excavation, replacement and backfill.
