Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The total project including alternatives consists of installing: approximately 1,400 Lineal Feet of integral concrete curb and gutter; 2,400 Square Feet of four (4)-inch concrete sidewalk; 5,000 Square Feet of six (6)-inch reinforced concrete; 40 truncated domes; Remove existing and replace four (4) type I curb inlets with concrete aprons; Remove and replace 4,500 Square Feet of Sod placement. Bidder questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. local time on May 16, 2024 and must be provided in writing via e-mail to Amanda Brownlee. Each bid, or proposal, must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to City of Great Falls, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS, shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid, which is in the best interest of the City. The City of Great Falls is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
