Play Equipment Lewis and Clark Elementary School and Garfield Elementary School Garfield Elementary School Play Equipment. All Bids Must Be on a Lump Sum Basis; Segregated Bids Will Not Be Accepted. Project Construction to Be Started and Completed Prior to August 23, 2024. Project Work Can Begin During the School Year but Must Be Coordinated With the District. Bids Shall Be Submitted on the Form Provided With the Respective Project Manual. Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Contractor Shall Comply With All Fair Labor Practices and Shall Meet the Requirements of Montana Prevailing Wage Rates and Montana Gross Receipts Tax. A Bid Bond for Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, and a Performance Bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Bid Will Be Required. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for at Least Thirty (30) Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids Except as Noted in the Instruction to Bidders. The Project Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsible Bidder.
