The City of Great Falls, in cooperation with Malmstrom Air Force Base, is seeking proposals from highly experienced professional consulting firms to develop a Resilience and Compatibility Study that summarizes the evaluation of the utility systems and land usessupporting the City of Great Falls(CoGF) and Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB). Specifically, the consultant will identify infrastructure requirements, such as alternate water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, electricity, and natural gas connections, transportation and broadband that would increase continuity of essential services for the City of Great Falls and utility resiliency and mission assurance for Malmstrom Air Force Base. Additionally, the consultant will evaluate compatible land uses and zoning in proximity to Malmstrom Air Force Base to facilitate development that benefits both the City of Great Falls and Malmstrom Air Force Base. All supporting materials and documentation must be included with the proposal. The responsibility of timely delivery lies solely with the Consultant. Faxed and E-Mailed proposals are not acceptable.
