CR Number: 2107143 The City University of New York is now inviting bids for ongoing preventative maintenance and as-needed repair services for HVAC Equipment at multiple CUNY Central Office Locations. Prospective bidders must meet the requirements stated within the solicitation document in order to submit a bid. Prospective Bidders are advised to read all sections of the IFB document carefully, with particular attention to IFB Part 3. "How to Respond to this IFB." and Attachment H - Specifications. The term of this Contract shall be for two (2) years, with three additional one (1) year renewal options, for a total of up to five (5) years, commencing on the date that the Contract is approved and filed with the Office of the New York State Comptroller.
