In accordance with the specifications listed herein, the City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, "City") is requesting sealed proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Building Inspection and Plans Review Services. The awarded proposers will act as independent Building Permit Inspectors and Plans Reviewers for various City Building Permit Applications. The City of New Smyrna is exempt from any and all state, local and federal taxes.
